Chasity Boyce, Founder and CEO

About our founder

Chasity A. Boyce is the Founder and CEO of Lomax Leadership Hub (LLH).

Before founding LLH, Chasity served as Head of Business Management for Barings’ U.S. and European Real Estate team, overseeing finances, operations, communications, and strategic growth. She previously served as the firm’s inaugural Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer, leading its global DEI strategy and driving measurable impact—including 87% employee self-identification, diversified senior representation, enhanced performance analytics, and Barings’ first inclusion report.

Her earlier experience spans senior roles at Heitman LLC, at Skadden, and in public service as Associate General Counsel to the Governor of Illinois, where she managed legal matters across public safety, child welfare, and education. She began her career as a litigation attorney.

A passionate builder of leadership pipelines, Chasity co-founded the Diverse Attorney Pipeline Program (DAPP) and serves on several community boards, including Crisis Assistance Ministry. She is a Leadership Charlotte alum and holds an A.B. in Public Policy from Duke University and a J.D. from the Howard University School of Law, where she currently serves on the Board of Visitors.
