Speaker Bio

Chasity A. Boyce is a leadership strategist, governance advisor, and executive coach who has operated at the intersection of law, corporate strategy, and organizational leadership for more than two decades. As Founder and CEO of Lomax Leadership Hub, she advises boards, CEOs, and senior executives navigating growth, transformation, and the demands of leading at scale.

Her career includes executive leadership at Barings, including as the firm's inaugural Chief DEI Officer, senior roles at Skadden and Heitman LLC, and service as Associate General Counsel to the Governor of Illinois. She is a Duke University and Howard University School of Law alumna, a current member of the Howard University Board of Visitors, and a co-founder of the Diverse Attorney Pipeline Program.
